- Cancellation Policy: non-cancellable within 3 days prior to departure.
- Full refund for cancellation 3 days prior to departure with a deduction of 5% transaction fee. Cancellation should be communicated by email, call or WhatsApp at +31616121051. Cancellation must be acknowledged by Cherry Travel & Tours.
- Please arrive at least 5 mins prior to departure time at the meeting point.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If it’s cancelled because of the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
- You have to present unique transaction ID sent on the email confirmation (printed or mobile).
- Cut-off time for booking is 48 hours prior to departure. Booking within 48 hours prior to departure might be possible but subject to confirmation, please contact us.
